Game Tracker

Terms of Service

Version 0.5.0 · Updated 24 October 2026

Game Tracker is provided as a personal organization tool. By using the app or its optional online services, you agree to these terms.

Using Game Tracker

You are responsible for the content you create and for reviewing important information before relying on it. Do not use the service to access another person's account, upload unlawful content, probe the service or disrupt it. We may limit abusive or automated access that threatens the service or other users.

Accounts

An account is optional for Free local use. On iOS, you may purchase and restore App Store Plus without creating or signing in to a Game Tracker account. Google Play purchases continue to require a Game Tracker account. Cloud backup and account-profile services require optional sign-in. You are responsible for access to the Apple or Google account used to sign in. You may link supported sign-in methods to one Game Tracker account. You can delete your Game Tracker account in the app.

Your content and cloud storage

You keep ownership of the tracker content and images you create or select. You grant Game Tracker the limited permission needed to process and store account-scoped backup files and restore them at your request.

In version 0.5, libraries remain device-local. Earlier app versions may retain their legacy synchronization during the upgrade period. Transfer between devices uses explicit backup restoration with Merge or Replace; ordinary edits do not automatically update another device. Free includes 50 MB and account-linked Plus includes 150 MB of compressed cloud backup storage, shared by the account. Without sign-in, backups are stored only on the device and are not uploaded. Uploads exceeding the active allowance are paused. Account profile avatars are stored separately.

Free access and creation limits

Free includes 20 games, 20 trackers per game and 20 saved own templates. Goal containers and each child tracker count toward the tracker allowance; items inside a tracker do not use separate tracker slots. Applying your own templates is not limited by a weekly use count, but the resulting trackers must fit available capacity. Without Plus, curated applications require an account and have a separate allowance of three per week. On iOS, active Plus removes the curated application quota and account requirement for local use. Details and included features are set out on the Pricing page.

Optional rewarded capacity

Signed-in users may choose an available rewarded ad to authorize one additional game, two trackers in the selected game, or one saved own template. Rewards are not interchangeable, have no cash value and do not permanently increase the base allowance. Once an authorized addition is completed, its content remains until deleted. Deleting above-limit content does not make its spent reward reusable. Unused ordinary creation rewards retain their category and game scope.

For curated templates, one verified ad covers all capacity limits of the selected addition, including its trackers. After the three weekly applications, at most two extra curated applications can be obtained through ads, for five total per week. The week begins Monday at 00:00 UTC. Later manual trackers and own-template applications follow the ordinary tracker reward rules.

Rewards require internet access, an eligible account, applicable privacy choices, an available ad and successful server verification. Availability and immediate delivery cannot be guaranteed. An incomplete or unavailable ad does not grant a reward. If verification is pending, check the existing reward status before repeating the ad. Attempts to forge purchases, rewards or creation authorizations may be rejected.

Plus subscriptions — iOS and Android

Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription when available in the application. The purchase screen and your store's confirmation show the total price, currency, billing period, and included features before you pay. Prices and availability may vary by storefront. A yearly plan is charged for the full year, not as twelve monthly payments.

iOS purchases and restoration of on-device Plus are available without a Game Tracker account and are verified by the App Store. Signing out does not remove active on-device App Store Plus. Google Play purchases require a Game Tracker account. Optional sign-in links eligible cloud and cross-platform benefits to one Game Tracker account; an existing purchase claim cannot be transferred to another account merely by signing in. The subscription payment itself remains with the store where you bought it; it is not transferred between Apple and Google. Use the same application account on your other device instead of buying a second subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the original store. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access generally remains until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's refund, revocation, and billing rules. Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your Game Tracker account does not cancel your store subscription.

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in App Store subscription settings. Manage or cancel a Google subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through the store where payment was made, subject to its policies and applicable law.

For iOS device access, use Restore App Store Purchases with the original Apple Account; registration is not required. For account-linked benefits, sign in to the original Game Tracker account and use Restore Purchases if paid access is missing. Access requires a valid, verified subscription. If Plus expires, your existing local library is retained; Free limits apply to new operations.

Plus features and expiration

Plus removes plan-based limits on games, trackers, saved own templates and curated applications. It includes additional themes and their tracker icon packs, avatar frames, a choice of dashboard metrics, ten manual plus ten automatic backups, and 150 MB of cloud backup storage. “Unlimited” does not remove technical, security, per-operation or device constraints. Monthly and yearly plans have the same feature access.

If Plus ends, existing library content is retained and Free rules apply to new additions. Premium themes fall back to the default dark theme, premium frames are hidden and the dashboard returns to its default metrics; saved personalization preferences can be reused after renewal. Cloud uploads that increase storage usage pause if the Free storage allowance is exceeded. Backup history follows the current retention plan; extra Plus backup copies are not guaranteed to remain indefinitely after expiry.

Platform license terms

For the iOS application, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies. That Apple-specific license does not apply to the Android application. Purchases on each platform are also subject to that store's applicable terms. This shared page describes Game Tracker's subscription behavior for both platforms.

Read the Privacy Policy for account and subscription data handling. The purchase flow also presents the applicable store disclosures and links to these terms.

Backups and availability

Manual backups are created only on request. Automatic backups are created before deleting a game, restoring a backup or signing out, at most once every 24 hours. Other activity does not create automatic copies. Free retains one manual and one automatic copy; Plus retains ten of each. Cloud backup history is shared by the account. Failed uploads keep the local copy queued for retry; a new cloud copy replaces older history only after successful storage. Restoring a backup remains subject to applicable creation limits and authorization.

Game Tracker is local-first and includes cloud backups and safety tools, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery in every circumstance. Keep appropriate device or operating-system backups for information you cannot replace.

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, development or provider outages. Features described as upcoming are not guaranteed until released.

Templates, authorship and game information

Own templates remain associated with their author. Eligible guest-created own templates are associated with the account during sign-in migration. Curated catalog originals are read-only and cannot be cloned or saved as own templates. Plus permits duplication of applied curated trackers but does not transfer authorship or make original catalog definitions editable. Saving curated-derived content as an own template is not included in 0.5. Community publishing and Smart Tracker are future features, not current subscription benefits.

Templates, catalog metadata, build suggestions and other game-related information are organizational aids. Games and balance patches change; verify recommendations against the current game version. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Optional sign-in, store billing, advertising and game catalog lookup use third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
